The Huaxin swinging variable fountain nozzle combines expanding and converging water patterns with a single-axis swivel drive. It adjusts the spray profile and direction from one installed position, giving designers more ways to introduce movement into musical fountains, dancing fountains, and water shows. Integrated RGB lighting and DMX512-compatible control support coordinated water-and-light sequences.

A ±60° Sweep for Directional Effects

The single-axis drive moves the nozzle through a defined ±60° range. This allows the changing water pattern to sweep within one plane, helping designers introduce directional movement across the fountain composition.

RGB Lighting with DMX512-Compatible Control

Three integrated 36 W RGB lights illuminate the water effect. DMX512-compatible control allows the unit to be incorporated into a compatible show system, with water-pattern changes, swivel movement, and lighting coordinated around the programmed sequence.

Jet height is indicative and depends on the water pattern, swivel position, pump flow and head, and operating conditions. Dimensions describe the equipment body; allow additional space for movement, connections, and maintenance. Confirm the motor and lighting power supplies for the selected configuration.

Install the unit in a submerged fountain arrangement with clean water and a steady supply. Coordinate the operating water level, mounting orientation, and DN50 inlet connection with the project pipework and intended water effect.

Check the moving assembly and spray at both ends of the planned sweep. Keep nearby pipework, lighting, and pool structures clear of the movement, and allow space for the fully expanded water pattern and its receiving area.

Route cables to accommodate movement and leave access to the drive, nozzle mechanism, and lighting for maintenance. Confirm the power supplies, DMX512 interface, channel assignment, and programming with the project’s fountain control system.

Questions About the Swinging Variable Nozzle

The standard and integrated models vary the water pattern from a fixed installation direction. The swinging model adds ±60° single-axis directional movement and includes 3 × 36 W RGB lighting with DMX512-compatible control.

A conventional swing jet directs the water pattern produced by its selected nozzle. This unit also includes a variable-pattern mechanism, allowing the spray profile to expand and converge as part of the fountain sequence.

It has a one-directional swivel axis and a separate water-pattern adjustment function. The combination is specified as a single-axis swinging variable nozzle, rather than a dual-axis or three-axis swivel unit.
