A Musical Fountain in Nurafshon, Uzbekistan

Located in Nurafshon, Tashkent Region, the musical fountain forms part of the public leisure setting at Nurafshon Business City. The wider development brings together administrative, business, educational, healthcare, and cultural facilities.

The fountain design combines circular groups with curved lines of jets across a 100 m-long installation. Different jet heights, controlled movements, and lighting sequences provide variation throughout the musical programme.

Fountain Layout and Water Effects

The fountain equipment is arranged within an approximately 100 × 24 m installation envelope. A central circular composition and two smaller side groups connect visually with curved lines of jets extending across the display.

The central high jet provides the main vertical feature. Single-axis and dual-axis swivel drives change the direction of the water streams, while variable-pattern units, rotating flower-basket effects, and compressed-air water cannons introduce additional forms and rhythmic accents.

Lighting, Lasers and Musical Show Control

The lighting system includes 422 RGB underwater lights controlled through DMX512, supported by 10 outdoor moving-head beam lights and two 20 W full-colour show lasers. Six oil-fuelled flame units add another visual element to the show configuration.

Water delivery is supported by 43 submersible pumps and 43 variable-frequency drives. Seven control cabinets and two industrial computers form part of the fountain control package, with custom programming specified for 15 musical tracks.

The equipment specification uses 304 stainless steel for the fountain nozzles, swivel-drive bodies, main pipework and pump housings.

Installation Guidance and Commissioning in Uzbekistan

Huaxin Fountain’s work covered fountain design, equipment manufacturing, musical programming, installation guidance and commissioning.

One Huaxin engineer travelled to Uzbekistan to support the site team with equipment positioning, hydraulic and electrical connections, control configuration and system testing.

Following installation, the fountain zones, lighting and programmed sequences were tested and adjusted during commissioning. The project was completed and handed over in August 2026.
